I offer in-person counselling at my Vancouver office, located at 209-2150 Western Parkway, in University Marketplace. My office is close to the 99 B-Line and other transit options. See the Contact Page for more details.

I currently offer the following timeslots:.

Wednesday: 9:30am - 3:30pm (in-person & online)

Thursday: 9:30am - 3:30pm (in-person & online)

Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm (online only)

I currently offer the following rates:

Individual Counselling (Adults & Teens 13+) - 60 min / $140

Relationship and Family - 60 min / $155

I accept payment through credit card or e-transfer, paid before the start of your session.

A valid credit card is required for booking.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments for those experiencing financial hardships.

I offer in-person counselling at my Western Parkway office and can provide services to all residents of British Columbia via telehealth.

I require 48 hour notice for cancellations except for emergencies or other exceptional circumstances. If you cancel within 48 hours before the start of your session or miss your session, the full rate of the regular session will be charged.

Services provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors can be reimbursed by most private insurers, including Canada Life, Pacific Blue Cross, SunLife, iA, Manulife, and Medavie. Please check with your insurer for details or to request coverage.

After our session, I will provide you with a receipt through Jane, for submitting to your benefits plan if applicable. I am Registered Clinical Counsellor #21205 with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors.

I currently offer direct billing for those insured through PAC Blue Cross. If you would like me to bill directly, please provide me with your plan number & policy number or equivalents.

The consultation is for you to determine if what I offer is a good match for your needs, and that I am someone you feel comfortable talking to. Most clients talk about the issues they would like to have help with and ask how the therapist might work with them.

A consultation isn’t commitment, it’s a chance for you ask me questions and to get a sense if I’m the right person for you. My goal is to give you a sense of clarity, relief, and the confidence that healing is possible.
